Order/Invoice/Payment

In reply to your order you will receive the invoice with the bank account data for advance payment.

PayPal is accepted as well. As soon as the payment is verified you will receive a confirmation email and insured shipping will usually be done the next working day.

Shipping

You will be kept informed regarding the shipping details per tracking number. Please be aware that international delivery may take a couple of days. Shipping abroad the EU on request, value of goods declaration is 96,-/103,50/108,-€ for what customs as well as additional local taxes and fees may be charged.

Cancellation/Withdrawal

The order may be cancelled in a written form within 14 days after reception of goods. If parts are returned for any reason  value of goods will be refunded. Return shipping is not free of charge!    Declare withrawal

Liability exclusion/warranty

This modification is 100% on the risk of the car owner. Even if any kind of subsequent malfunction or damage may be due to the modification itself, there is no liability on the manufacturer/distributor side and this is accepted with an order. Therefore the modification is offered as a consulting service only. It comes with a sample which is free of charge and under warranty for 2 years.

As the oil air separator is no OEM part without any kind of approval, the car owner bears liability for accomplishment of the modification and for any related material damage or personal injury. It is his responsibility to inform any third party operating the vehicle. If this modification is done by a third party, the car owner has to be informed about these conditions.
